  • Areopagus Kick Off is Tuesday, September 3, beginning at 5:30 p.m., Trinity CRC. Join us for pizza, games and prizes.
  • Acts Bible Study – We will be studying the Books of Acts, considering how the life of the early church and the spread of the gospel relates to God’s ongoing mission today in and through the Church. Begins Monday, September 9 at 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. in Carver Hall room 0282. Come for the meal, stay for the conversation.
  • Faculty & Graduate Student Discussion – A community for faculty, staff, and graduate students in which we discuss a different books each semester. This fall we are reading Matthew Kaemingk’s Christian Hospitality and Muslim Immigration in an Age of Fear. Meets Fridays at noon in the Memorial Union room 2213.
  • Coffee, Tea, and English – A conversational English program for international students that meets from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m. on Fridays in the Gerdin Lobby.
  • Center for Reformational Theology (Leadership Training) – We offer specialized leadership studies and ministry opportunities in the areas of philosophy, biblical studies, an applies theology. Contact Tyler Helfers for more information.
  • Family Group – An opportunity for international students to enjoy dinner and have conversation about faith, the Bible, and Jesus Christ. Fridays at 6:00 p.m. at Tyler and Christina Helfers’ house. Rides are available.


Welcome Luncheon
Our annual Welcome Luncheon is held on the Sunday before Iowa State University classes begin in August.  A free meal is provided by our Trinity CRC Fellowship Committee and served after the morning service. We look forward to get to know you and answer any questions you may have about the community, ISU, our church and Areopagus our campus ministry. Come Join us August, 2020.
