ACTIVITIES:

Women’s Fellowship & Crafts a.k.a. UnFinished Objects (UFO)

This group meets on Thursday evenings once a month in members’ homes. Women bring their own crafts to work on while enjoying fellowship. They also share in devotions and prayer. Contact Deb Niehof or Elaine Oftedal.

 

High School Youth Group

The high school youth meet every Wednesday during the school year at 7:30 p.m.. This group does a variety of things including Bible study, social activities, and service projects. Contact Mindy Nikkel for more information.

 

Sunday School classes

During the school year there are Sunday School classes offered after church for pre-schoolers through adults. Child care is provided during this time. Typically there are three adult classes with one of them targeted to university students. Contact Pastor Tom Niehof (292-4676) for more information.

 

Choir

Adults and youth are invited to join the church choir. The choir sings for selected church services throughout the year. Practices are scheduled as needed. For more information contact Jill Friend.

 

Praise Team

Adults of all ages are encouraged to join the praise team. Trinity’s praise team leads worship for some of the Sunday evening church services. Vocalists and instrumentalists are sought with a special need for guitar and keyboard players. For more information contact Julie Haan.

 

Summer Softball

During the summer Trinity fields its own softball team, which competes in the community’s church softball league. Women and men are invited to join the team. Games are typically Tuesday or Thursday evenings during June and July. Contact Mark Voss for more information.

 

Summer Book Club

During the summer adults of all ages are invited to join Trinity’s book club held on Wednesday evenings. Past books have included Philip Yancey’s The Jesus I Never Knew, Jim Wallis’ Faith Works, J.I. Packer’s Knowing God, and an overview of the New Testament. Contact David Schweingruber for more information.

 

Men’s Breakfast

Men of all ages are invited to the men’s breakfast held once a month on Saturday during the school year from 8:00-9:30 am. This group has breakfast, devotions, fellowship, and prayer time. Contact Marv Bakker for more information.
